Part 2. Use & Cleaning

Cleanliness & Comfort First

Before Use:

1. Always disinfect contact areas using toy cleaner spray, disinfectant wipes, or 75% medical alcohol swabs.

2. Generously apply lubricant or use a well-lubricated condom to ensure sufficient internal lubrication. Insufficient lubrication can cause cracks in the material at entry/exit points.

After Use:

1. Rinse internal lubricant thoroughly with tap water.

2. Disinfect internally again using toy cleaner spray, disinfectant wipes, or 75% medical alcohol swabs.

3. It would be better to gently bathe her in body temperature water for 2-3 minutes.

4. Pat her dry inside and out with a soft towel or allow her to air dry naturally

Part 4. Maintenance

Natural Bloom: Gentle Wipe

Keep Her Skin Silky

TPE/Silicone Characteristic:

Minor oil bloom may appear on the surface over time (due to silicone oil in the material, normal), gently wipe with a towel. Skin attracts dust; perform maintenance approximately monthly.

Cleaning & Care:

1. It is recommended to dust the entire body with baby powder/talcum powder every 1 to 2 weeks to reduce oiliness and keep it dry.

2. Wipe surface gently with a sponge or clothdampened with warm water. For stubborn dirt, use makeup remover NEVER use corrosive cleaners like strong acids, alkalis, powerful disinfectants, or stain removers!

3. Once completely dry, dust with baby powder or talcum powderto maintain skin texture.

Part 5. Storage & Environment

Lying flat and standing are two common storage methods. Lying flat may cause the doll’s buttocks to become flattened, so using a standing stand is more recommended for long-term storage.

7 Storage Essentials:

1. Avoid Direct Sunlight:Prevents fading.

2. Avoid Dust:TPE is tacky and attracts dust; cover her when stored.

3. Avoid Dampness:Do NOT submerge for long periods (cleaning/bathing is fine).

4. Avoid Dyes:NEVER leave on faux leather/colored leather or dark/oily fabrics (staining risk. Use light/natural color clothing or the storage bag.

5. Avoid Extreme Temps:Store between 5~35°C / 41~95°F. Electric blankets OK, but prevent overheating.

6. Avoid Pressure/Deformation:Don’t place heavy items on her; avoid prolonged tight pressure.

7. Keep Away From Fire/Heat: TPE is Flammable!

Part 6. Clothing & Accessories

5 Dressing Tips

1. Reduce Tack/Static:Dust with powder before dressing. Use anti-static spray sparingly for static.

2. Avoid Over-Bending:Do NOT over-twist limbs like arms while dressing to prevent tears.

3. Prevent Scratches:Avoid clothing/accessories with sharp edges, pointy buttons, chains, etc. Handle very carefully!

4. Piercing Care:For earrings, pierce TPE with thin wire/needle (hole ≤0.5mm). NEVER cut with knives/sharp tools! Never pull on jewelry!

5. Avoid Dyes:(Reiterated) Do NOT leave on clothes that bleed dye (especially faux leather/oily dyes).

Part 7. Repair & Important Notes

Repair

TPE is soft; easily punctured/cutby sharp objects. Once a cut occurs, it can tear easily, leading to major damage.
If skin tears, stop use.
NEVER use regular glue!Requires specialized repair adhesive. Small tears may be DIY repaired (contact Support for adhesive & guidance). Major damage requires factory repair (customer pays shipping).

Critical Notes

Moving Her:Always support the torso. NEVER lift/pull by limbs or head.
Activity Guidance:Pose her gently, but avoid frequent, excessive, or overly forceful movement beyond limits to prevent tears.
Craftsmanship:Minor surface imperfections, faint seam lines (esp. shoulders/head/hands/feet), locating holes, mold lines, tiny bubbles are normal production traits, not defects.
Safety & Hygiene:Best for personal use. Maintain cleanliness. Electronic components ARE NOT waterproof! Avoid dirt, high heat, open flames. Handle with care.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Order Processing Time

All orders begin processing once payment is confirmed. In-stock dolls are typically shipped within 2–5 business days. Custom-made dolls require production time, usually 3–5 weeks depending on the model and customization level.

Processing time may be extended during holidays, peak seasons, or due to factory schedules.

Shipping Transit Time

Shipping time depends on your location and shipping method:

Standard international shipping: 10–30 business days
Express shipping (DHL/FedEx/UPS): 3–10 business days

Customs clearance time is included and may vary by country.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination and shipping method. Additional charges may apply for express services or remote areas. Some regions may qualify for free or discounted shipping.

Customs Duties & Taxes

For most US and EU destinations, urShydoll provides Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping, so you won’t need to handle any customs procedures—just wait for your doll to arrive at your door.

In some regions, local regulations may require additional import fees. In these cases, urShydoll will cover up to 50% of any customs duties, up to a maximum of $150. If you are charged duties, simply submit the receipt to our support team for verification and reimbursement assistance.

Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging. There will be no product description, logo, or adult-related wording on the box.

Package Tracking

Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear, depending on the carrier.

Change of Shipping Address

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible before shipment. Once the order has been shipped, address changes are generally not possible.

For self-pickup requests, please contact customer support in advance to confirm availability and pickup location.

If you need to change your address, please contact us immediately.

Package Inspection

Please inspect your package upon delivery:

Check the outer box before opening.
If the box is damaged, take photos or videos immediately.
Record a video while opening the package for after-sales support.

This is required for damage or missing item claims.

Shipping Delays

Delays may occur due to weather, customs inspections, carrier issues, or holidays. urShydoll is not responsible for delays caused by external factors but will assist with tracking.

Package Issues (Lost or Damaged)

If your package is lost, severely delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide tracking number, photos, and unpacking video.

We will arrange replacement, refund, or compensation based on the case.
